Craziest weekend =))

hi again..

It was a really tiring, exhausting and draining weekend. The most tiring one i've ever had this year... Dance... sentosa... shopping... researching... mugging... ... ... that's like probably everything that i could ever do over 2 days...

Dance: Well... thought i could go there to relax and enjoy myself... but in the end.. it had really tested my physical ability... (in terms of my ability not to feel giddy after many many rounds of turning and turning and turning...) haha... oh my!!! maybe it is still enjoyable... but certainly not relaxing... !!! I figured that the whole dance seemed to be about turning [my greatest weakness]... i somehow find difficultly in regaining my sense of direction after the turns coz my head is still spinning... it's juz so hard to follow up with the subsequent actions... sigh... that leaves me with one choice... PRACTICE !!!! haha...

Tired and giddy... but it's not time to rest yet... Coz soon after dance.. there's....

Solaris Outing in Sentosa: went there really late though... it was like around 4 o'clock by the time i reached... haha... trying to fulfil my promised made to lynette... =) well... still.. i'm glad i went =) ... coz it's quite enjoyable after all... played captains ball... listen to gossips =) haha.. yup... got a bit burnt though... didn't expect that coz i tot the sun would be like setting already.... but sadly it did not =( ...

Yeah!!! and sentosa is really my favourite place in Singapore... i love the beaches... i love sitting near the sea water and just admire the scene in front of me... the sea breeze.. everything.. Wish i could go there everyday to relax and free my minds off everything... haha.. k... maybe i'll do that after A's...

well.. didn't stay there for long though .. left at about seven with lynette and the seniors...

Shopping at VIVO: k... i was shopping with my eyes closed coz i'm really really tired already... still.. my parents didn't want to bring me home coz they still want to shop... Ha! and i tot VIVO would be like the last place i'm going before HOME... but no man!!! .. my mom still wants to go CentrePoint's Robinsons... kay... that literally killed me... so... reached home at around 12am...

Sunday: forced myself out of bed at 9am coz i gotta rush through all my work and research stuff to be handed in on monday.. and now.. i dont feel like doing anything already coz i'm giddy... oh well...

hmm... a rather eventful week end i must say... though it's tiring... but i guess there's still moments of fun too =) yup=)

hmmm... this week has been rather busy and tiring for me... tutorials after tutorials and the 'test after test' thing is coming up soon too... and i'm still in the midst of preparing for my research presentation... sigh... the only reason why i have time now is coz i'm waiting for dinner to be served...

oh well... this is J2 life i guess... not much air present for me to breathe... haha.. ok maybe i'm exaggerating... but ya... it's kind of true though...and i haven't even done my CNY shopping!!! sad man!!! and taking into account that from next week onwards there'll be like test(s) almost every week... weekends would be burn out studying for them already... [where's the time to shop???? =( ] haiz... i dun want to think about it ... haha... coz it juz like totally sadden me...

What about the fun and so fun PE lessons we use to have last year? playing ball games and stuff... it's been sort of like converted to running and more running... not much fun anymore...

kk... gotta stop talking bout these already... need to remember what Mr Yong say... persevere.. nothing is impossible... even hitting a golf ball round the earth till it comes back to you again is also possible... haha... OMG!!!

Yeah... Maybe the brighter side now is really dance... haha... really happy that we can now dance 2 items for aristal =))) ... hmmm... but the blue blacks on my knees seems to be accumulating already.. and this is only like the beginning of aristal training... but nvm anyway... ohhh!!! and pair dance... nvr dance that before in my life...!! but perhaps i should be glad that i get to experience it at least once.. =) hey... need help on this man!! 'Flying' in the air is not as easy as i thought... haha...

Yay!!! dinner's finally ready.. haha =)

First 2 weeks of school......

kayz... it's been some time seen i touched this place already... there's nothing much to say though... not much time to blog either... considering the amt of work and research stuff that I've gotta complete this few weeks...

First 2 weeks of school has been ok i guess.. though i really really wanted to skip all the lessons and join in the orientation... (haha... but i know that's impossible coz the teachers are teaching exceedingly fast...) Couldn't afford to miss out much for i had to set aside next few weeks to settle research stuff... STaR symposium is coming... and exam's next month!!!! ... Cant wait for it to be over =) then i'll be 'research free' =))))

Anyway... all our teachers were not too bad (they are all quite good in fact).. judging from the way they teach us in the past week.. Mrs Lim's econs lesson was like the first ever econs lesson i understand perfectly everything that's going on... =) Chem was ok... Maths too =)... and Mr Yong's lesson... how should i put it?? ... well.. i feel like a canoeist when i'm in his class... must persevere... spend every single time to its fullest.. (haha... i want to have life man!!!!!) spending every single second of my time studying/reading/planning (or any other thing related to study) will literally kill me!!!! Well.. i believe in a balance life.. =) .... Balance life = study + play(sports) + CCA + family time + time for myself(like for example now... =))

Nevertheless... still glad to have such good teachers this year =)

Dance... =) ... Best place for me to relax and enjoy.. Really happy that i could dance Aristal this year for i had forgone that opportunity last year for research.. Got to mix around with new juniors... made more friends ... yupp... and learn this year mass dance from them =)) haha... really really fun!!! (though i feel that our year mass dance was still nicer..) Chinese New Year dance item was hilarious... (you all must really watch =)) ... last Sat practice... we played captain's ball... tiring... but fun!! Well.. i'll be looking forward to the coming dance practices =)) .. and dance dance dance away!!! =)

For now... think i got a bit of muscle aches... sore throat too =( ... Origin? i dont really know... Could be thru dance, the 2.4km run we had last fri ... or the numerous chocs that i ate (given by kailing and my cousin) .. haha.. wish it'll help by making me put on some weight [for i've lost 4 kg when school reopen... =(] ... but figured that too many will cause sore throat too.. oh well.. Nvm anyway....

Kayz.. it's 12.13 am now... time to sleep... tata!!! =)

Reflection

Yeah!!! It's finally the last day of year 2007!!! oh.. and before i continue with everything... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARVIN!!!

Time really flies this year... from the fun and memorable Orientation to the dreadful tutorials and lectures... project work... and research [now how should i describe that? Interesting? Dry? Eye-opener? - a bit of each i guess] Well... not forgetting my best ever CCA - dance!!!! And in the last lap of the year.. harmoc came into my life... played the keyboard for them at yesterday's concert.. an accomplishment!!! for i love to play piano and perform... =) Hmmm... but my dear cousin is still in the hospital.. must stay strong and keep fighting kayz? Remember that!!

Well... exactly five hours more to the new year... My hopes and dreams for next year are as follows:

1. Excel in my studies... haha... esp GP and Econs... [need to like work harder for these 2 subjects]
2. Opportunities to dance... Aristal!!
3. More class bonding =)
4. Smooth-sailing for my research presentations and exams..
   
5. Most importantly... have fun!!! haha... despite all the studying and mugging that needs to be done... well.. it can be done in a fun way too i suppose.. juz have not figured out how yet... and class outings of course...
   
6. Last but not least... for my cousin to recover...
   

Next year might pass even faster.. before we knew it ... we all will be sitting for the nerve-wrecking A 'lvls exams.. Grad night will soon follow-suit after that..

365 days more in JC before all of us will part again... each to our separate ways to fulfill our dreams and wishes... nevertheless.. i hope we can all still keep in contact.. for i must say that JC life has generally been very enjoyable for me... and I also hope that all of us could treasure the rest of JC life and spend our time to the fullest!! .. Well... Juz want to say HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!!!!

oh well... it's a really really tiring day today... went for dance in the morning... it's was ok at first.. until Wendy start to torture us with this split exercise thing that coz my whole leg to numb and hurt like mad!! haha... ok la... quite good training though... but OUCH!!!!! painful man!!! haha... dance today was 30% practicing, 50% talking and slacking [*smiles*], and 20% dancing =) ... [felt very sleepy actually coz sleep really late the night before... was watching snow white and the seven dwarfs... hmmm... ok this is a little ridiculous... deprived of childhood?] well...

Then came harmonica practice... err... kinda bad with the keys today... made several serious mistakes... partly due to the wind... keep blowing my scores!! [*frowns*] and when i solve the wind problem... then came two flies, which i totally have no idea how to get rid of it... sigh... hope instructor won't be angry though...

Went home... practice, practice and practice!!! haha... really don't hope to make mistake that day... really hope that there isn't much wind too... and most important of all FLIES FREE!! haha.. performance this Sunday at Plaza Sing... feeling a bit scared man!!!... HELP!... haha... nvm

School is reopening soon... still have unsettled stuff though...
1) research log book to complete
2) grammer book [the most ridiculous hm wk!]
3) finalizing of all research stuff... report, poster, ppt etc.

kayz... so better go settle them now.. haha... erm... but think i'll eat my super super late dinner first =)
